General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date and terms.
• ba399 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device cannot claim the same bonus.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba399 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Playing using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Colluding with other players.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
